Very excessive
Se utiliza el dicho "Over the top" cuando algo se considera exagerado o excesivo
Ejemplos:
tal vez suene algo exagerado,pero creo que es la solución ( " It may sound a bit over the top, but i think it's the solution")
La película es bastante exagerada,creo que te gustara (" The movie is way over the top. I think you'll like it")
