come forward (with something)
to bring something, such as information, to someone's attention.

Colleen came forward with a new idea

Come forward:  Presentar (idea,concepto,propuesta etc.)

Ejemplos:

Espero que cada uno pueda presentar algo útil (" I hope you each can come forward with something useful")

El nuevo empleado ha presentado una propuesta innovadora  (" The new employee has come forward with an innovative proposal.")
